Our long-standing experience includes the management and marketing of numerous city hotels, bush lodges, resorts and timeshare developments through our Sovereign Executive Team.

Our mission, as luxury hotel operators, is to establish Africa in its rightful place as one of the world´s premier hospitality destinations. Sovereign operates on the continent of Africa and in the Indian Ocean Islands, serving the mid-market and up-market hotel sectors.

From our headquarters in Hyde Park, we are expanding our services across the region, building on our prior hotel operators experience in Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.  We are currently setting up operational offices in Kenya and the Seychelles.

Sovereign provides a range of services across the spectrum of 360° hotel and hospitality management.  These can be delivered through joint ventures, consortia, and associations with hotel owners across the African continent and the Indian Ocean Islands. We specialize in handling management contracts, benchmarking property performance, ‘managing the manager’ and supervising capital improvement processes.
